I went to visit her this morning and bring some familiar food for her. Despite being sticky and very Put. Out. about the whole situation, she looked pretty good! Her eyes have lost the peaked look she had had when I brought her in, and she was a lot perkier, paying attention to noises in the hall. Certainly, she looked a lot less dessicated than she had on Monday.
She didn’t look much at me (miffed, I suppose), though she purred the whole time, and she didn’t want to eat. OTOH, she’d just barfed, and FSM knows I don’t want to eat right after I’ve hurled.
She’s not eating on her own yet, so she’s not ready to come home. Tomorrow, we should have the ultrasound results back to see what her liver and gallbladder look like.
I was just coming over to ask about her. Kitty! Get better!

Why was she sticky?
She’s being force-fed, so the food kind of gets all over.
